The Savage Arms Axis 2 Pro Western is a left-hand bolt-action hunting rifle chambered in .22-250 Rem, purpose-built for varmint and predator hunting in the field. Part of the redesigned Axis 2 Pro line, this Left Hand configuration pairs a 20" heavy sporter barrel finished in Gun Metal Bronze Cerakote with a Savage Woodland camouflage synthetic stock, and features Savage's user-adjustable AccuTrigger for a crisp, personalized pull.

At the heart of the rifle is a carbon steel barrel with a 1:12" twist and a factory-threaded muzzle, mated to a carbon steel receiver. The action is a smooth bolt with an enhanced bolt handle design for positive manipulation, cycling a 4+1 capacity from the magazine. The receiver ships without iron sights, leaving the top clean for your preferred optic.

The fixed stock features a contoured pistol grip with ambidextrous palm swells and enhanced texturing for a secure hold in any weather. Finished in Savage Woodland camouflage, it blends into western hunting environments. A two-position top tang safety provides intuitive, tactile control, and the adjustable AccuTrigger allows individual pull-weight preference. Overall length is 40.50" with a rifle weight of 6.80 lbs, balancing well for spot-and-stalk hunting and long-range varminting.
