The Proof Research Elevation MTR 2.0 is a lightweight, purpose-built Mountain Tactical Rifle chambered in .308 Winchester, designed to bridge the gap between a backcountry hunting rifle and a precision tactical platform. At its core sits a 20" Sendero contour carbon fiber-wrapped match-grade barrel with a 1:10" twist and 5/8x24 threading for suppressor or muzzle-device use, capped by a thread protector.

The action is a bolt built around a steel receiver and dressed with a TriggerTech trigger for a crisp, repeatable break. Out of the box there are no iron sights installed, leaving the top integral rail free for the scope or optic of your choice. The rifle feeds from a detachable 4-round magazine for a true 4+1 capacity and is configured for right-hand shooters.

The chassis is finished with Proof's fixed carbon fiber stock in a TFDE camouflage pattern, keeping overall carry weight light while remaining rigid and stable for prone and bench work.
