Kimber Mountain Ascent Peak 300 Win Mag 26" 4+1 Bolt-Action Rifle

The Kimber Mountain Ascent Peak is a purpose-built bolt-action mountain rifle chambered in 300 Win Mag, designed for backcountry hunting where a lightweight, accurate, and reliable rifle is essential. This is a factory new firearm.

The action is a traditional turn-bolt design fed from an internal 4+1 magazine, equipped with Kimber's 3-position wing safety, and seated in the brand's proven aluminum bedding block system for repeatable shot-to-shot accuracy. The adjustable trigger allows individual tuning of pull weight and feel.

Up front, a 26" match-grade threaded barrel with a 1:10" twist stabilizes the wide range of bullet weights used in this caliber. An installed muzzle brake tames felt recoil on follow-up shots and can be removed or swapped using the included 5/8x24 adapter.

The receiver is precision-machined from aluminum, helping keep overall weight at just 7.30 lbs unloaded. That light weight rides on a fixed aluminum and carbon fiber stock built for carrying in steep terrain and supporting steady offhand or field-position shooting. Overall length is 42.75", and the rifle ships with no iron sights installed so the shooter can mount the optic of their choice.
