The Kimber Mountain Ascent Mojave is a purpose-built backcountry hunting rifle chambered in 7mm-08 Remington, designed around Kimber's long-standing reputation for sub-MOA accuracy. With a 22" match grade threaded barrel, an aluminum receiver, and a fixed aluminum and carbon fiber stock, this bolt-action rifle tips the scales at just 5.60 lbs while still delivering the controlled, repeatable precision hunters expect from the Mountain Ascent line.

The action is mated to a 22" match grade threaded barrel with a 1:9" twist, a versatile rate well-suited to the wide spread of bullet weights available in 7mm-08, and ships with a muzzle brake pre-installed. A 5/8x24 thread adapter is included, letting the shooter quickly swap to a suppressor or alternate brake. An aluminum bedding block runs nearly the full length of the stock, giving the barreled action a rigid, repeatable foundation for consistent accuracy shot after shot.

Controls are deliberately simple and field-friendly. A three-position safety allows safe unloading with the bolt open, and an adjustable trigger lets the shooter tune the pull weight and feel to match the hunt. The fixed stock pairs an aluminum chassis section with carbon fiber panels for a lightweight yet rigid platform. Sights are not included, so this Kimber is set up to be optic-ready for whatever scope the hunter prefers.

Compact and easy to carry at 42.75" overall, the Mountain Ascent Mojave is built to cover ground in steep country and adverse conditions.
