The Howa M1500 Carbon Stalker in 270 Win is a purpose-built, lightweight bolt-action hunting rifle designed to deliver Howa's renowned accuracy in a trimmed-down package for serious hunters. The Carbon Stalker pairs the proven M1500 action with a custom Carbon Fiber stock, dropping overall weight to a back-packable 6.12 lbs while maintaining the rugged reliability the platform is known for.

At the core of this rifle is the Howa M1500 bolt-action action with a two-stage match trigger, a 3-position safety, and a machined blued steel receiver that is drilled and tapped to accept your choice of mounts and optics. The 22" blued steel barrel is threaded for muzzle accessories and sends rounds downrange with a 1:10" twist that stabilizes a wide range of 270 Win bullet weights for everything from deer to elk-sized game.

The headline feature of the Carbon Stalker variant is the Stocky's Black Carbon Fiber stock with Gray Webbing. The super lightweight Carbon Fiber construction shaves significant weight without sacrificing rigidity, and the stock is finished off with a LIMBSAVER buttpad for improved recoil management on longer hunting sessions.
