The Great Lakes Firearms GL15 is a modern semi-auto sporting and hunting rifle chambered in 400 Legend, a straight-walled cartridge built for hunters in states that restrict traditional bottlenecked deer rounds. Built on the familiar AR-15 manual of arms and featuring the standard aluminum upper and lower receiver, the GL15 keeps the controls, ergonomics, and accessory ecosystem that any AR-platform shooter already knows, while delivering a rifle purpose-configured for straight-walled hunting and field use.

A 16.5" stainless steel threaded barrel with a 1:8" twist is wrapped in an M-LOK handguard, giving the GL15 modern attachment points for lights, bipods, and accessories without piling on weight up front. Up top, a Picatinny rail finished in Bronze Cerakote provides a rock-solid optics mounting platform, and the aluminum receiver keeps the rifle light and corrosion-resistant. The whole package comes in at 6.80 lbs with a 33.25" overall length - balanced and easy to carry on long sits or stalks.
