The Cimarron Model 1894 Short Carbine is a faithful reproduction of one of the most iconic American lever-action rifles ever made, originally introduced in 1894 as the first repeating rifle chambered for the .30-30 Winchester smokeless cartridge. Cimarron's CA2907 configuration delivers that classic design in a compact carbine package, chambered in 30-30 Win with a 20" round steel barrel and a 7+1 capacity from the traditional full-length tubular magazine.
Built around a blued steel receiver and round barrel with a right-hand 1:12" twist, this rifle carries classic Western styling with practical brush-country handling. The walnut fixed stock is paired with traditional dovetail front and dovetail ladder rear sights, giving shooters the period-correct sight picture the original 1894 was known for. It tips the scales at 7.60 lbs with an overall length of 37.50", striking a balance between carbine maneuverability and standard sight radius.
Whether you are working brushy deer country, collecting historic Winchester-pattern lever guns, or simply appreciate one of America's most beloved sporting rifles, the Cimarron 1894 Short Carbine delivers the look, feel, and function of the original in a modern, factory-fresh package.
