The Browning X-Bolt 2 Mountain Pro is a precision bolt-action hunting rifle chambered in 7mm PRC, built for backcountry hunters and long-range shooters who want lightweight handling without giving up accuracy. The Mountain Pro pairs a stainless steel receiver with a wrapped carbon fiber barrel and spiral fluted bolt that keep overall weight to a backcountry-friendly 6.60 lbs.

At the core is a short-action bolt operated by an aluminum handle, fed from a detachable box magazine for a 3+1 capacity. The barrel measures 24" with a 1:8" twist and is factory threaded 5/8x24, paired with Browning's Recoil Hawg muzzle brake to reduce muzzle rise and help you stay on target for fast follow-up shots.

The Mountain Pro stock is finished in a Digital Camouflage pattern over a lightweight carbon fiber chassis and features an adjustable comb so you can dial in a proper cheek weld with your optic of choice. Controls include an adjustable trigger and a top tang safety, and the rifle ships without iron sights, ready for your preferred scope base and rings.
