The Browning X-Bolt 2 Hunter Composite is a bolt-action hunting rifle chambered in 270 Winchester, built around a precision-machined steel receiver and a 22-inch threaded sporter barrel with a 1:10-inch twist. The steel barrel is tipped with a radial muzzle brake designed to noticeably tame felt recoil on the lightweight 6.12 lb rifle.

The X-Bolt 2 action pairs an adjustable Deluxe trigger with a top-tang safety for clean, intuitive operation, and feeds through a detachable 4-round magazine for a total capacity of 4+1. The rifle measures 42.75 inches overall, a configuration that balances well in hand across a wide variety of hunting conditions.

The Vari-Tech composite stock is finished in black and offers an adjustable length of pull, adjustable comb, and interchangeable grip modules, allowing the rifle to be tailored to the individual shooter. The receiver is sold without iron sights, ready for your preferred optic, and the threaded barrel accepts the included radial brake or any compatible muzzle device.
