The Savage 93R17 BTVLSS is a bolt-action rimfire rifle chambered in the high-velocity 17 HMR and purpose-built for left-hand shooters. Built around a satin stainless steel action and a 21-inch heavy, button-rifled stainless barrel, the BTVLSS pairs Savage's renowned accuracy with a weather-resistant stainless package well-suited for varmint hunting, plinking, and target shooting.

The drilled-and-tapped stainless receiver is paired with a natural brown thumbhole laminate stock, giving this 93R17 a classic field-rifle look and an ergonomic grip well-matched to left-handed handling. The barrel is button-rifled with a 1:9" twist, a sweet spot for the 17 HMR's 17-grain projectiles, and there are no iron sights, so the receiver is set up for scope mounting right out of the box.

Savage dresses the 93R17 BTVLSS with its crisp, user-adjustable AccuTrigger and a top-mounted thumb safety.
