The Mossberg Patriot is a value-oriented bolt-action hunting rifle, and this full-size configuration steps it up with a corrosion-resistant stainless steel barreled action finished in Cerakote. Chambered in 450 Bushmaster, the Patriot is built around a 20-inch fluted and threaded barrel with a 1:24" twist - the standard rate for stabilizing heavy .450 Bushmaster projectiles - and capped with a protective recessed muzzle crown.

The stainless steel receiver carries the same Cerakote finish as the barrel and is drilled and tapped for scope base mounting. Iron sights are not included, allowing you to mount the optic of your choice directly to the receiver. The adjustable LBA (Lightning Bolt Action) trigger lets the shooter tune pull weight to preference, and the action feeds from a 4-round detachable box magazine for a 4+1 total capacity.

Furniture is a fixed black synthetic stock with a classic sporter profile, balancing the rifle at an unloaded weight of 6.50 lbs. Overall length measures 40.25" from muzzle to buttstock. The threaded barrel simplifies the addition of a muzzle brake or suppressor, and the matching Cerakote finish on barrel and receiver helps the rifle stand up to weather and field handling.
