The Springfield Armory Echelon is a duty-grade, striker-fired 9mm Luger pistol built around a modular compact polymer frame and a billet-machined steel slide cut for optics and finished with aggressive serrations. A 4" hammer-forged steel barrel with a tough Melonite finish and 1:10 rifling twist feeds the broad spectrum of 9mm defensive and range ammunition reliably.

Engineered for everyday carry, the Echelon shrinks the slide and grip module of the full-size model while retaining a generous 15+1 capacity. The polymer frame integrates an industry-standard Picatinny accessory rail for mounting a weapon light or laser, while textured grip panels deliver a secure hold. Controls are configured for ambidextrous operation, and the optic-ready slide accepts a wide range of popular micro red-dot patterns for fast, intuitive target acquisition.
