The Sig Sauer MCX Spear brings the commercial evolution of the U.S. Army's Next Generation Squad Weapon (NGSW) program to the civilian market in this short, no-brace pistol configuration. Chambered in 7.62x51mm NATO, this semi-auto platform pairs a 13" barrel with a 20+1 magazine capacity and Sig Sauer's battle-proven MCX operating system, delivering hard-hitting 7.62 performance in a compact package.

This MCX Spear ships with the factory OEM Polymer Grip finished in Coyote, an SLX/SLH QD flash hider at the muzzle for signature reduction and quick-detach suppressor compatibility, and an adjustable gas block that lets the user tune cycling for suppressed fire or varying ammunition loads. The receiver is outfitted with ambidextrous controls, including an ambidextrous manual safety, paired with non-reciprocating rear and side charging handles for true left- or right-hand operation.

Weighing 9.20 lbs and measuring 24.50" overall, this no-brace configuration ships without an attached stabilizing brace, leaving the buffer tube free for the user's preferred setup. The pistol is finished in Coyote throughout, with synthetic stock material and the polymer grip rounding out the package.
