The Kimber R7 Mako Carbon Compact is a carry-oriented 9mm Luger semi-automatic pistol built around a 3.92" barrel and a 15+1 capacity magazine. Designed as Kimber's modern entry into the compact carry market, it pairs an FNC-treated stainless steel slide with a carbon fiber-infused polymer frame rated for up to 60,000 psi tensile strength for superior durability.

The slide is optic ready with a factory-cut plate system and features rear serrations for press checks and slide manipulation. The black frame is molded with an aggressive stippling pattern and ships with an interchangeable modular backstrap so the shooter can dial in the grip circumference. A trigger-mounted safety completes the carry-friendly control layout.
