The Kimber 2K11 Target (OI) is Kimber's high-capacity 1911-pattern 9mm Luger semi-automatic pistol, purpose-built for the range and built around a modern aluminum alloy grip module. The (OI) designation means this variant ships with an optic mounted to the slide, giving you a fully configured target pistol straight from the box.

At the top sits a 5" stainless steel slide finished in High Polished Coyote PVD, with the flats receiving a brush polish under a protective DLC (Diamond-Like Carbon) coating. Functional lightening cuts reduce reciprocating mass and help tune lockup timing, while aggressive rear cocking serrations make press-checks and manipulations positive. The slide pairs to a Black DLC-finished aluminum frame, balancing weight, durability, and corrosion resistance.

Chambered in 9mm Luger with a 20+1 magazine capacity, the 2K11 brings modern high-round-count performance to the classic 1911 footprint. Controls include an ambidextrous thumb safety for easy operation by both right- and left-handed shooters, along with an aluminum grip module that keeps overall weight down while providing a secure hold.
