The Hi-Point 995P (manufacturer designation 1095P) brings Hi-Point's popular 995-series carbine platform into a large-format pistol configuration, chambered in 9mm Luger with a semi-automatic action and a 10+1 detachable magazine capacity. Designed around a black powdercoat polymer receiver topped with a full-length Picatinny optics rail, the 995P offers a long sight radius and serious suppressor-friendly credentials thanks to its 13.25" black threaded barrel, an ideal host for PCC-style shooting, braced pistol use, and 9mm suppressor mounting.

Out of the box, the 995P ships with a factory-installed black pistol stabilizing brace, making it ready for braced shooting the moment it arrives. The control layout is the same familiar, no-nonsense arrangement Hi-Point carbines are known for, centered on a positive manual safety. A black plastic grip fills the hand comfortably, while the iron sight package pairs a bright HiViz fiber-optic front with a ghost-ring aperture rear for fast, intuitive target acquisition in any lighting. A rear Picatinny rail insert provides additional mounting options, and a QD sling swivel socket on the receiver accepts standard push-button sling attachments for hands-free carry.

Measuring 20.75" overall (not including the brace) and weighing approximately 6.10 lbs unloaded, the 995P balances well whether used braced at the shoulder or fired handheld. The threaded barrel makes it a natural pairing for a 9mm suppressor or any standard muzzle device. Each pistol ships with one 10-round magazine, plus a trigger lock, sling, and swivels, everything needed to get started at the range or on the property right out of the box.
