The Ed Brown Fueled Prodigy Comp is a hand-fit double-stack 1911-platform pistol chambered in 9mm Luger and built for competitive and defensive shooters who want classic 1911 ergonomics with modern capacity. Its forged steel slide and subframe are finished in Black Gen4, and the slide carries aggressive cocking serrations plus an integral single-port compensator cut into the 4.25" bull barrel to flatten muzzle rise during rapid strings of fire.

The Fueled Prodigy Comp ships with two magazines — a 17-round and a 20-round — giving shooters a flush-fit and an extended carry option right out of the box. Controls are pure 1911 with an ambidextrous grip-and-thumb safety, and the pistol runs a two-piece full-length guide rod recoil system. The polymer double-stack grip module keeps overall weight to roughly 33 oz, and the pistol measures 7.8" long with a height of 5.5". Sights are a fast-pickup tritium front paired with a black serrated rear.
