The Browning 1911-380 Black Label Medallion brings the iconic 1911 design to a scaled .380 ACP platform built around an 85% scale matte black aluminum frame. The full-size configuration pairs a 4.25" stainless steel barrel with a serrated stainless steel slide featuring blackened flats, giving the pistol a clean two-tone look against the dark frame. Three-dot sights and a familiar 1911 control layout provide a natural fit for experienced 1911 shooters.

True to its 1911 heritage, the pistol uses a single-action trigger with an extended ambidextrous thumb safety, a beavertail grip safety, and a flat mainspring housing. Maple wood grips give the Medallion its refined look and feel. At 7.5" overall and approximately 17.5 oz, this 1911-380 holds 8+1 rounds of .380 ACP, delivering a familiar 1911 shooting experience in a lighter, easier-to-carry package.
