The Bersa B1911 Onyx is a full-size 1911-style semi-automatic pistol chambered in .45 ACP, purpose-built around a 5" stainless steel barrel and an 8+1 single-stack magazine. Built from 416 stainless steel with a black finish on both the frame and slide, the Onyx blends a traditional single-action trigger with modern, duty-oriented features.

The slide carries front and rear cocking serrations for easy press checks and manipulation, while the full-size frame integrates an extended beavertail and an ambidextrous thumb safety for comfortable, controlled carry and fast operation by both left- and right-handed shooters. The pistol is fitted with dovetailed tritium night sights, providing three-dot aiming in low light without depending on a battery or an external light source.

Controls follow the classic 1911 layout, including the grip safety, single-action trigger, slide stop, and magazine release.
