Weatherby Vanguard Obsidian 308 Win 18" 4+1 Bolt Action Rifle

The Weatherby Vanguard Obsidian brings Weatherby's classic Vanguard handling to a compact, value-driven bolt-action rifle chambered in 308 Win. Built around an 18" cold hammer forged steel barrel finished in matte blued, the Vanguard Obsidian is threaded at the muzzle for a muzzle device or suppressor and feeds from a detachable box magazine offering a 4+1 capacity.

The barreled action is paired with a blued stainless steel receiver that is drilled and tapped for optics, making scope mounting straightforward. The action is controlled by an adjustable two-stage match trigger and a 3-position safety, giving precise shot control at the bench or in the field. Rifling is cut at a 1:10" twist, suitable for a wide range of .308 Win hunting and match bullet weights.

Sights are intentionally none, leaving the receiver open for a scope of the shooter's choice. The Vanguard Obsidian wears a black Monte Carlo synthetic stock that is weather-resistant and built to handle rough hunting conditions while keeping overall weight manageable for carry in the field.
