The Surefire EDC2-DFT is a compact, high-candela Dual-Fuel everyday carry flashlight engineered for serious daily illumination. Part of Surefire's Everyday Carry Series, the EDC2-DFT pairs a tightly focused Turbo beam pattern with the flexibility to run on either the included SF18650B rechargeable lithium-ion battery or two CR123A primary cells, so you can power it from whatever you have on hand.

Output is rated at 700 lumens on high and 25 lumens on low when powered by the SF18650B, or 600 lumens on high and 25 lumens on low when running on a pair of CR123A batteries. Driven by Surefire's high-candela optic, the beam reaches out to roughly 2,073 feet (632 meters) with a peak beam intensity of 100,000 candela on the SF18650B and 90,000 candela on CR123A. A simple tail-cap switch controls activation and output selection, giving you direct access to either setting without cycling through intermediate modes.
