Smith & Wesson M&P15-22 Sport State Compliant 22 LR 16.5" 10+1 Semi-Auto Rifle with Red/Green Dot

The Smith & Wesson M&P15-22 Sport is a semi-automatic .22 LR sporting rifle designed as a low-recoil, affordable training and plinking platform that mirrors the manual of arms of S&W's centerfire M&P15. This State Compliant configuration ships from the factory with a 10-round detachable magazine to meet magazine capacity restrictions in CT, MA, MD, and NJ.

Key features include a 16.5" threaded black barrel capped with an A2 flash hider, a matte black aluminum receiver topped with a full-length Picatinny optics rail, and a serialized polymer lower frame with familiar AR-style controls including a two-position thumb safety. The 10" M&P slim handguard is M-LOK compatible and ships with two M-LOK rail covers installed. A right-hand fixed black synthetic stock pairs with a black polymer pistol grip, giving the rifle an overall length of 33.8" and a weight of approximately 5.2 lbs.

Out of the box, this model includes a factory-installed M&P Red/Green dot optic mounted to the top rail and offering both red and green reticle settings for fast target acquisition in varied lighting. The optic-ready platform also accepts any standard red dot, prism, or low-power variable optic for shooters who prefer to run their own glass.
