Magpul Industries B.A.D. Lever AR-15/M16 Black Anodized Aluminum Ambidextrous

The Magpul B.A.D. Lever (Battery Assist Device) is a drop-in bolt-catch extension that dramatically speeds up manipulation of the AR-15/M16 platform. By extending a paddle to the right side of the rifle, it lets the shooter reach the bolt stop with the right-hand trigger finger directly from the fire-control/ready position - so locking the bolt to the rear or releasing it on a fresh magazine happens without breaking your grip or fumbling for the standard magazine-button release.

Machined from mil-spec hardcoat anodized aluminum and finished in a non-reflective matte black, the B.A.D. Lever installs directly onto the factory AR-15/M16 bolt release with no permanent modification to the weapon. All mounting hardware is included. The paddle is ambidextrous in function - left-handed shooters can mirror the standard manual of arms with the paddle, while right-handed shooters gain trigger-finger access without losing traditional bolt-catch operation.

Made in the USA and built to Magpul's durability standards, the B.A.D. Lever is intended for use on mil-spec forged AR-15/M16 upper and lower receivers. Note: It is not compatible with 7.62x51 (.308 Winchester) platforms or with most AR-15 billet or polymer lower and upper receivers (including the S&W Magpul Spec Series lowers) due to their larger or non-standard bolt-release dimensions.
