The Magpul Industries Hunter Lite Stock is a purpose-built, drop-in replacement hunting stock designed for Ruger American and Ruger American Gen II rifles chambered in Short Action calibers. Finished in Flat Dark Earth, it brings modern ergonomics and a streamlined profile to one of the most popular bolt-action hunting platforms on the market.

Inside the stock, an aluminum V bedding block locks the receiver in place for consistent accuracy shot after shot, while an AICS-compatible magazine well accepts detachable AICS-pattern magazines for faster, more reliable field reloads. The Hunter Lite installs as a direct replacement on factory Ruger American short action rifles with no gunsmithing required.

Adjustability is built in for a wide range of shooters and shooting positions. The length of pull runs from 13 to 15 inches using the four included spacers in 1/2-inch increments (a total of 2 inches of travel), and the included cheek riser provides 0.36 inches of comb height adjustment for proper eye alignment with mounted optics.
