The SCF36/270UP uses a standard #8-32 thread pattern to accept common jags, brushes, and patch holders for .270 and larger caliber rifle bores. The rigid carbon fiber shaft resists flex while pushing patches and brushes down the bore, helping protect rifling during routine cleaning.

At 36 inches of working length, this cleaning rod is well-suited to standard and longer rifle barrels chambered in .270 caliber and up. The .30 caliber diameter rod gives you the right clearance for the broad range of hunting and sporting rifles in this class.
