The Kershaw Launch 16 is a USA-made side-button automatic folder from Kershaw's premium Launch series, purpose-built for everyday carry, tactical work, and hard-use environments.

Its 3.45" tanto blade is precision-ground from CPM M4 tool steel, finished with a corrosion-resistant black Cerakote coating, and rides on a 0.16" stock for serious durability. The partially serrated combo edge gives you clean slicing performance up top and aggressive cutting power along the serrated section, with a working hardness of 60-62 HRC for edge retention under repeated use.

The handle is machined from lightweight, high-strength 6061-T6 aluminum with a matching black Cerakote finish and textured Trac-Tec inserts for a positive grip in wet or gloved conditions.
