The Hi-Point 4095TS Carbine is an American-made semi-auto rifle chambered in 40 S&W, purpose-built for personal protection and sport. Built around a steel receiver with a black metal finish, it pairs a 17.50" barrel with an all-weather, molded polymer skeletonized stock featuring an internal recoil buffer, putting the carbine at 32" overall and 7 lbs.

Controls include a standard trigger, a quick manual thumb safety, a grip-mounted magazine release, and a last-round lock-open feature. Iron sights are fully adjustable with an adjustable post front paired with a peep rear, while multiple Weaver-style rails, a sling, swivels, and a scope base round out the package. The action is +P rated and accepts all factory ammunition. A single 10-round magazine ships with the rifle.
