The Barnes Bullets Varmint Grenade is a lead-free .223 Rem (.224" diameter) rifle reloading bullet built for ultra-high-velocity varmint and predator control. Originally developed for military applications, this Ultra High Velocity bullet delivers sniper-like accuracy for dependable long-range performance.

Each 50 grain projectile features a Flat Base Hollow Point (FBHP) design with a copper jacket and a frangible copper/tin core, producing rapid fragmentation and explosive expansion on small game and predators. The bullet carries a ballistic coefficient of .183, a sectional density of .142, and an overall length of .858". No cannelure is present, giving reloaders flexibility in seating depth.
