Lee Precision 90144 Case Length Gauge 303 British w/ Shell Holder

The Lee Precision 90144 Case Length Gauge is a purpose-built .303 British case-trimming tool designed to give handloaders a fast, accurate way to bring fired brass back to spec while squaring the case mouth at the same time. Cut from hardened steel with a silver finish, this two-piece gauge-and-shell-holder set locks each case down against a precision shoulder so the trim length is repeatable round after round, with the threaded shell holder securing the case head during the cut.

Used together with the Lee Cutter and Lock Stud (or the Zip Trim), the gauge checks and trims fired 303 British brass to the recommended length of 2.202 to 2.222 inches, removing the length variability that builds up as a rimmed case is repeatedly fired, resized, and reloaded. Squaring the mouth at the same time helps restore consistent bullet seating depth and smoother feeding for the traditional .303 British cartridge.
