Hornady Neck Turn Tool Mandrel 338 Cal Stainless Steel

The Hornady Neck Turn Tool Mandrel is a replacement pilot for the Hornady Lock-N-Load Neck Turning Tool, used by precision reloaders to true the outside diameter of fired case necks. Sized specifically for 338 Caliber rifle cases, this mandrel is inserted into the case neck to support and align the case during the turning operation, producing concentric, uniform wall thickness that improves accuracy and helps deliver consistent bullet seating.

Machined from stainless steel with a silver finish, the 338 Cal mandrel drops directly into the Hornady Neck Turning Tool as a sold-separately accessory. The base Neck Turning Tool ships with 22 Cal, 6mm, 6.5mm, and 30 Cal mandrels; the 338 Cal mandrel (and other non-included calibers) must be purchased individually to expand the tool's coverage.
