Hornady Lock-N-Load AP Case Feeder EZ-Ject Retrofit Sub-Plate

The Hornady Lock-N-Load AP Case Feeder / EZ-Ject Retrofit Kit (part number 398309) is the factory OEM sub-plate assembly for the Hornady Lock-N-Load Auto-Progressive (AP) reloading press. This retrofit supplies the replacement sub-plate and mounting hardware required to bring pre-EZ-Ject LNL AP presses up to the current case-feeding standard used on later-production units.

Once installed, the press is ready to accept EZ-Ject shellplates and the Lock-N-Load Automatic Case Feeder (sold separately), restoring the smooth case handling and positive cartridge ejection that progressive reloaders expect. This kit is necessary for LNL AP presses manufactured before the EZ-Ject system was introduced - including units with serial numbers below 7000 - and gives the older press the same sub-plate interface found on current production models.
