The Hornady High Speed Trimmer Pilot is a replacement centering pilot for the Hornady High Speed Power Case Trimmer, color-coded silver for fast at-a-glance caliber identification on the reloading bench. Precision machined to the correct outside diameter, the pilot slides into the case mouth and holds the case perfectly concentric against the cutting head for clean, uniform trimming.

This pilot is sized for the 6mm cartridge family at .243" bullet diameter, including 6mm Remington cases. Swapping pilots is all it takes to move between calibers, with Hornady pilots available from 22 caliber through .338 on a single trimmer unit.
