Hornady InterLock 7mm .284 139gr Spire Point (SP) Reloading Bullets - 100/Box

The Hornady InterLock bullet is built around a one-piece lead core mechanically locked to a tapered copper jacket by Hornady's signature InterLock ring. The raised ring inside the jacket is embedded in the core during manufacturing, keeping core and jacket locked together through expansion so the bullet retains mass and delivers hard-hitting terminal performance without core-jacket separation.

Designed for 7mm rifles, this .284 diameter 139 gr Spire Point projectile uses a secant ogive profile for flat trajectories and dependable accuracy, with a precisely controlled jacket taper that promotes controlled expansion across a wide range of velocities. A center cannelure provides accurate, consistent crimping and reinforces the lock between the core and jacket during expansion.

Specifications include a G1 ballistic coefficient of .392, a sectional density of .246, a copper jacket, and a lead core. Hornady's traditional exposed-lead Spire Point design is well suited for medium and large game hunting, where controlled expansion and deep penetration are required.
