The Holosun IRIS-IR1 is a compact, single-function infrared laser aiming device purpose-built for night-vision applications and tactical weapon platforms. Part of Holosun's IRIS (Infrared Laser Illuminator System) line, the IRIS-IR1 delivers a Class 1 IR laser with a 0.7 mW output at an 800 to 880 nm wavelength, producing a crisp, invisible aiming point when paired with night-vision devices.

The IRIS-IR1 is built around a redesigned 7075 T6 aluminum housing finished in hard anodized black, delivering excellent impact and weather resistance while keeping weight to a minimum. At just 4.6 oz and measuring only 3.4 in x 1.6 in x 1.2 in, the unit sits low-profile on a Picatinny rail mount without adding significant bulk to the host firearm.

Power comes from a single common AA battery for simplified field logistics, and activation is handled via the included remote cable pressure switch while onboard fire buttons provide direct on-gun control. The unit carries an IPX8 waterproof rating, operates across a wide -4 to 123 degree F temperature range, and provides generous zeroing range with 100 MOA of windage and elevation corrected at 1/2 MOA per click.
