- These rifles are original form the gas block down. However, the rifles have been sporterized from the gas systems to the muzzle. Bayonet lugs have been removed, front sights may have been altered, or the muzzle break has been replaced ,cut, or removed.
Yugo SKS 59-66 Rifle is a Yugoslavian variant of the Soviet-designed SKS semi-automatic rifle. It features a distinctive grenade launcher attachment and flip-up grenade sights. The rifle is chambered in 7.62x39mm and has a fixed 10-round magazine. This rifle saw extensive service throughout the 20th and 21st centuries, specifically during the ensuing conflicts following the fall of Yugoslavia.

SKS Yugo M59/66 Rifle - Sporterized Sights - Modified Stock and Frozen Gas Button - Fair Condition
Came with original stock, muzzle brake cut down, missing bayonet as to be expected. Exterior looks really nice and only minor rust that was easily cleaned off. Inside of the barrel was very dirty. It looked a lot better after cleaning it and shooting it. Rifling is dark but decent enough. I cleaned it before shooting it at the range, it's mandatory with how dirty these are. It shot the first clip flawlessly, after that I was having cycling issues after every round. All my springs are good. When I took it home I saw the inner diameter of the gas tube was too tight due to rust. Well I did some dremel work on the inside of the tube until the cam head of the pin stopped getting stuck. I look forward to taking this SKS back the shooting range.

Received one of these and it is as advertised. Stuck gas valve came loose with some Kroil and gentle persuasion. Bore is cruded but usable. Interesting sporter stock.having to replace gas valve. Overall a good deal.
