IKON Weapons latest creation comes from an original imported Micro Galil Israeli Kit of parts. Receivers are made of 4140 milled steel on IKONS Haas Machines and then heat treated in house to 45 Rockwell. Barrels are made of 41V50 steel Green Mountain barrel blanks. Each pistol barrel is clocked to the receiver then drilled the gas port. Headspace is then accomplished by pull-thru reamer operation. The gas tower gets press into the barrel after that. Each pistol is pre-assemble and test fire with (2)-10 Rounds Magazine for 5 shots slow fire 5 rapid fire. Finishes: All Pistols will have a Cerakote H-Series finish applied by an in-house certified Cerakote applicator. All parts then are assembled, dry fired and inspected before leaving the factory. Micro Galil Style IKON G223 may require a break in period of 60-90 rounds of quality brass ammunition before use of steel cased ammo. 

Please Note:: This pistol is designed to work with new quality Galil mags or new Tapco Galil mags. Due to the wide variety of various Spec mags or worn out used condition we strongly recommended using new magazines. Poor quality magazines may cause multiple issues and is not covered by warranty.
