These rifles bear the Portuguese crest and resemble the 1941 Mauser Oberndorf K98k Wehrmacht-issue rifles with Nazi markings.

My rifle was all matching and in great condition was grungy but cleaned well some digs in the stock and one scalp crack but it’s 82 years old
