Yes, these are rusty and look rough. But they clean up rather well if you put in some work. Bummed they are now out of stock because I'd pick up a few more.

Rusty Cetme magazine
Looked rusty but cleaned up good inside and out with fine steel wool and wd40. Good steel magazine, good value surplus. I am satisfied.

CETME mags
The ones I got just have surface rust on them like they were left out in the rain for a few weeks. Steel wool and oil should clean them up just fine.

I boght a few cases their rusted
i bought a few cases of them rusty mags are rusted but most are not pitted cleaned them with oil and steel wool and wiped them off with a rag clean up very good
