History Fact:
The Lee–Enfield is a bolt-action, magazine-fed repeating rifle that served as the main firearm of the military forces of the British Empire and Commonwealth during the first half of the 20th century, and was the British Army's standard rifle from its official adoption in 1895 until 1957.[9][10] The WWI versions are often referred to as the "SMLE", which is short for the common "Short, Magazine, Lee–Enfield" variant.

Drill Rifles
I’m ordered 2 of these and they were shipped via FedEx ground. We had some issues with FedEx being able to get their act together, but this was not CFS’s fault. The rifles are covered in super heavy cosmoline. So much that you can’t see the bore condition and the mags won’t come out. One was in great condition the other was missing a lot of finish. One did in fact have a complete bolt, the other has a trimmed firing pin. They have been drilled through the receiver in the chamber area. A steel pin that looks like a rivet has been inserted and welded on one side.
