Gunsmith Special — (Not Drilled for Rear Trunnion Rivets) - Ideal AMD65 Build
We purchased a quantity of AKM 7.62x39 receivers that may require some TLC. A quick look at one of the receivers shows the trigger pin hole in the lower bend of the frame. These receivers DO NOT have the rear trunnion rivet holes drilled. They are ideal for AMD-65 builds.

Yes its a little rusty
Came with a decent amount of surface rust and pitting on the receiver. Inside also had rust build up. Feels like its heat treated correctly and after a bath of CLR and warm water for 1/2 a day plus a good scrub with a metal bristle brush it good enough to coat with a layer of protectant. Wont be a show queen but what AK is? 3 stars for the price if it was completely free of rust i would have given it 5 stars
