Fixed Stock Configuration

The SIG 542 is the 7.62×51 NATO (.308) battle rifle variant of SIG's highly regarded 540-series, a Swiss-designed export rifle family built to true military standards. These Lebanese military-marked SIG 542 parts kits offer outstanding historical value, real service provenance, and increasingly hard-to-find original components.

Each kit includes the original intact Swiss barrel, still fully populated with all original barrel-mounted components attached, along with a saw-cut receiver stub remaining on the barrel to preserve original configuration details. An original 20-round magazine is also included. This kit comes with the fixed stock configuration.

Condition

All kits are in Good surplus condition.

Expect a light protective layer of dust and grime from long-term storage, which wipes off easily. Finish wear, handling marks, and cosmetic variations are normal for military-issued surplus and are consistent with this grading.

Furniture & Component Variations

Pistol Grips

We are actively sorting handguards to exclude examples with major chips, cracks, or broken sections, and no significant issues have been observed in what is being shipped. Minor hairline cracks may exist, which is normal for surplus handguards and consistent with Good condition grading.
