NRA Gun Laws
We comply with all federal, state, and local laws that restrict the sale and transfer of firearms, magazine feeding devices, and ammunition. The following is a current list of restrictions that will include, in some cases, additional policies set forth by Centerfire Systems, Inc.
It is also YOUR responsibility to know your local and state laws which may prohibit or restrict your ability to purchase certain products we offer for sale.

Alaska
We are unable to ship ammo to Alaska due to shipping constraints. Firearms can be shipped through the United States Postal Service. Please allow extra delivery time. Alaska does not qualify for free shipping.
California
Only California state compliant Pistols and Rifles will be shipped. No Sales to Los Angeles, Oakland, Sacramento, San Diego or San Francisco. Please check the California Approved Handgun List before purchasing to confirm your choice is legal in California. Some handguns are permissible in the state of California. We are unable to ship magazines with a capacity of more than 10 rounds to ANYONE in the state of California. Ammunition must be shipped directly to a licensed FFL dealer. No parts kits with fire control parts. No parts that make up an "assault" weapon. No receivers. No bayonets.
Colorado
We are unable to ship magazines with a capacity of more than 15 rounds to ANYONE in the state of Colorado. Any firearm containing a magazine over 15 rounds cannot be shipped. Parts kits that have the ability to accept a belt cannot be shipped to Colorado. No receivers. No magazines over 10 rounds are able to ship to Boulder County, Vail County nor Denver.
Connecticut
We are unable to ship magazines with a capacity of more than 10 rounds to ANYONE in the state of Connecticut. Certain firearms may be restricted. Firearm parts kits are ineligible for shipping. No receivers will be shipped to Connecticut. Ammunition must be shipped to an FFL. Holders of a valid CT Carry Permit, Eligibility Certification, Long Gun Eligibility Certificate, or Ammunition Certificate and a State-Issued Photo ID will be able to purchase ammunition.
Delaware
We are unable to ship any receiver to Delaware. You MUST be 21 years of age or older to purchase any firearm. Magazines equal to or greater than 17 rounds are prohibited for shipment. This includes firearms that come with a magazine equal to or greater than 17 rounds. No "assault weapon" or "copycat" style firearms (definition provided by the State of Delaware).
Florida
We are unable to ship binary triggers to anyone in the state of Florida.
Hawaii
We are unable to ship magazines with a capacity of more than 10 rounds to ANYONE in the state of Hawaii. Parts kits are prohibited. Ammunition cannot be shipped to Hawaii due to shipping constraints. Non-compliant Hawaii firearms are prohibited. Hawaii Melting Point restriction apply for all firearms.
Illinois
Anyone purchasing ammunition must provide a legal copy of their FOID card. The purchaser (our customer) MUST be the person holding their valid FOID card. Illinois Melting Point restrictions apply for all firearms. No magazines over 10 rounds will be sent to Illinois. No parts kits. No AR/AK parts. We cannot ship firearms, magazines, firearm parts kits or ammunition to anyone (even with FOID card) living in the city of Chicago, Deerfield, Homewood, Dolton, Highland Park, Evanston, Aurora, Skokie, Kane County, Lake County, DuPage County, or Cook County. We are able to use full discretion on ALL Illinois orders. North of Peoria restricted to no fire-control parts: No parts or accessories that assist in the functioning of a firearm.
Maryland
We are unable to ship any magazine with a capacity of more than 10 rounds to anyone in the state of Maryland. All semi-auto rifles and semi-auto shotguns are restricted. Handguns on the Maryland Approved Handgun List are eligible for shipping. Firearm parts kits are ineligible for shipping. No receivers. Photo ID and Permit required for firearms purchases (including C&R).
Massachusetts
We are unable to ship any magazine with a capacity of more than 10 rounds to anyone in the state of Massachusetts. All semi-auto rifles and semi-auto shotguns are restricted. Handguns on the Massachusetts Approved Firearm Roster Approved Firearms Roster are eligible for shipping. Anyone purchasing ammunition must have it shipped to an FFL dealer. Firearm parts kits are ineligible for shipping. Massachusetts State Melting Point Laws affect the purchase. No receivers. FID or LTC required for ALL ammo & firearms purchases.
Michigan
Rifles must be more than 29 inches long or registered as a pistol to be considered legal in the state of Michigan. No AK or AR pistols, or "assault style" pistols are unable for purchase.
Minnesota
Minnesota Melting Point Restrictions apply to all orders.
New Jersey
We are unable to ship any magazine with a capacity of more than 10 rounds to anyone in the state of New Jersey. Certain semi-auto firearms may be restricted. Firearm parts kits are ineligible for shipping. No receivers. Ammunition must be shipped to an FFL. Photo ID & FPID required for ALL ammo & firearms purchases.
New York
We cannot ship firearms (except bolt/pump action and New York State compliant), magazines, firearm parts kits to anyone living in New York. Ammunition must be shipped directly to an FFL dealer. No sales of any kind to Bronx, Brooklyn, Queens, Manhattan, Staten Island nor New York City. New York requires a permit to purchase a handgun or revolver, and a separate semi-automatic permit is needed to purchase a semi-automatic rifle. No receivers. No fire-control parts to NYC.
Puerto Rico
No Shipping to Puerto Rico at this time.
Oregon
Pending legal updates around Ballot measure 114: Currently no mag cap or permit requirements, subject to change at any time without notice.
Rhode Island
No magazines over 10 rounds will be shipped to Rhode Island. Rhode Island License is required for Ammo purchases. The resident of Rhode Island must be 21 and possess a valid pistol safety certificate issued by the Department of Environmental Management. No binary triggers. Photo ID & Permit required for ALL ammo & firearm purchases.
Vermont
We are unable to ship any magazine with a capacity of more than 10 rounds to anyone in Vermont.
Washington
Pursuant to HB1240, we are unable to ship any parts kits, AR or AK parts, or threaded barrels to Washington State. Rifle and handgun magazines with a capacity of more than 10 rounds and shotgun magazines with a capacity of more than 7 rounds are prohibited.
P.O. Boxes – We cannot ship anything flammable, i.e. oil, stoves, etc., to a P.O. box. Ammunition cannot be shipped to a P.O. box.
APO/FPO – We do not ship to these addresses.
C&R Orders – C&R orders are subject to applicable state approved lists and will still be required to submit photo ID and/or permits as needed to ensure compliance with state laws.
