The Romanian CUGIR PSL-54 gives you classic Dragunov-style punch in 7.62x54R with the reliability of an AK-based action. Each rifle ships with a 10-round magazine and is marked Blemished only for very minor cosmetic flaws—small dents or divots in the rear stock, nothing that touches function or accuracy. You still get the long, accurate 24.5” barrel, side-rail optics mount, and rugged stamped receiver/wood furniture combo that made the PSL a Cold War marksman staple. FFL required.
