Description
Precision welding alignment jig designed specifically for PPS-43 barrel shroud assembly. Machined from 6061 aluminum for durability and dimensional stability during welding operations.
Centers and aligns shroud vent holes beneath counter-sink fasteners using tapered 82-degree flat head cap screws. When tightened, screws draw shroud sections into proper alignment and lock them along a common flat plane for accurate welding. Works with standard-length shrouds and extended barrel configurations.
Includes jig body and five flat head cap screws. Note: First hole behind front sight must remain fully intact to provide proper locking engagement.
