Description

Polish Circle 11 RPD Display Light Machine Gun

This Polish Circle 11 RPD display light machine gun is built from like-new, genuine issue parts and thoughtfully reassembled on a newly made, solid-steel  non-firing dummy receiver. Because the receiver is completely inert and incapable of firing, this piece is 100% legal to own without any license. Every visible part on the display gun is original manufacture except for the inert receiver.

Included with This Display Gun:

  • Original Polish belt drum (locks to bracket beneath the feed tray)
  • Original spent strip of links for visual authenticity
  • No dummy rounds or shell casings included

Condition

Offered in very good condition with clear Polish markings. The barrel's chamber area has been adapted to accept the dummy receiver (receiver is inert). This piece is ready to hang or stand in any collection, museum, office, or man cave.

Note: NO bolt or bolt carrier included. Charging handle will move.

Historical Background

The RPD — designed by Vasily Degtyaryov — is a classic 7.62×39mm light machine gun developed in the Soviet Union during WWII-era research and standardized as the Model 1944. Widely produced and used around the world (including Poland since 1956), the RPD served as a squad automatic weapon and saw extensive use in conflicts such as the Vietnam War. This display example preserves the look and markings of a historically significant firearm while remaining fully non-functional.
