Macho FSA-1 Training Shield

Built for full-power kicks, knees and elbow strikes, the Macho FSA-1 gives coaches a huge 27.5 x 17-inch striking surface backed by 4 inches of high-density impact foam. Heavy blows disperse across the pad instead of the holder’s forearms, while a leather-grained vinyl cover and double-stitched seams laugh off sweat and round-house friction.²

A heavy-duty strapping system lets trainers run the shield vertical for front kicks or horizontal for round-kicks; three nylon handles—two rear, one end—mean you can swap grip mid-combo without dropping the target.  At just under 5 lb, the FSA-1 is light enough for teen students yet stiff enough for heavyweight black-belts.
