How to Use Our Layaway Program

1. Select Your Items: Add the items you wish to purchase to your cart.

2. Choose Layaway at Checkout: During checkout, under the "Payments" tab, select the "Layaway" payment option.

3. Receive Payment Link: After placing your order, you will receive an email within 1-2 business days containing a link to make payments.

   It's that simple!

Layaway Terms and Conditions

• Minimum Purchase Amount: A minimum merchandise purchase of $49.99 is required.
• Maximum Purchase Amount: The maximum layaway purchase amount is $2,500.00
  Limit on Open Layaway Orders: Only one open layaway order per customer at a time.
  • Orders not meeting these requirements will be canceled.
• First Payment Due: The first payment is due within 5 days of placing the order. The first payment must be at least 10% down.
• Payment Schedule: You can make payments at your convenience, but the layaway must be paid in full within 90 days (3 months) of the placed order date.
• Shipping Addresses: Separate billing and shipping addresses are not allowed unless it's a firearm order.
• Final Sale Policy: All layaway sales are final. No returns, exchanges, or substitutions are permitted.
• Item Eligibility: Layaway is not applicable to all items. Please check item eligibility before placing your order.
• Cancellation Policy:
  • If you cancel your layaway within the first 90 days, a $35 non-refundable service charge will apply. This charge is separate from any refunds of payments made.
• Non-Payment Consequences:
  • If the layaway is not paid in full after 90 days, we reserve the right to:
    • Charge a 15% restocking fee.
    • Apply the remaining balance to a gift card.
• Background Check Denial (Firearm Purchases Only):
  • In the event of a background check denial:
    • A 15% restocking fee will be charged.
    • Shipping charges will not be refunded.
• Item Availability:
  • If an item on layaway sells out, you will receive a full refund for that item.
• Shipping of Items:
  • Multiple items on a layaway order will ship together once the layaway is paid in full.
  • Items will not ship separately.
