While closely resembling the Kar98k, these rifles feature a few distinct differences, the most notable being an enhanced and sturdier front sight. This design improvement offers increased protection to the front sight, setting it apart from the K98. The 1937 model is rare and highly sought-after, making it a must-have for dedicated Mauser 98k collectors. Adorned with German Waffenamt markings, all main parts bear matching numbers. The stock exhibits signs of wear from battlefield and daily use, displaying dents and scratches, yet maintaining an overall NRA in good condition.
