The FN FNX-45 Tactical is a full-size .45 ACP pistol with a 5.3-inch cold hammer-forged stainless steel barrel featuring threaded muzzle for suppressor attachment. The pistol offers 15+1 capacity, weighs 33.3 ounces unloaded, and has an overall length of 8.64 inches. It operates with a DA/SA trigger system and features fully ambidextrous controls including safety, decocker, slide stop, and magazine release.

The pistol features a polymer frame with stainless steel slide in black finish, high-profile combat night sights, and includes two mounting bases for optics. The frame includes four interchangeable backstraps for grip customization and has a low bore axis design. The slide features front and rear serrations, and the pistol comes with two 15-round magazines. Developed for military and law enforcement use, the FNX-45 Tactical is optics-ready and suppressor-ready out of the box.
