Description
Authentic Cold War era Czechoslovak PG-9 73mm inert training projectile, manufactured in the mid 80's for crew instruction and loading drills. Finished in high visibility orange with contrasting white identification bands, an olive drab rotating band section, and a polished aluminum nose tip.
Constructed from steel and aluminum with precise external dimensions matching the live PG-9 HEAT projectile used in the SPG-9 recoilless gun and BMP-1’s 2A28 "Grom" low-pressure gun. The tail section features a brass-colored inert propellant charge casing and spring-loaded folding fins for accurate ballistic replication during training.
Completely inert and demilitarized. Contains no explosives or live propellant, making it safe for display, educational use, or historical reenactment.
